●クッキーレシピ●
薄力粉110グラム
きび砂糖30グラム
卵黄1個分
バター60グラム
●↓アレンジのしかた●それぞれ
・抹茶大さじ１
・紅茶ティーバッグ１個分
・ココア大さじ１
・砕いたアーモンド15粒くらい
手作りクッキーの賞味期限は約一週間らしいよ
ビンに紅茶ティーバッグを入れて乾燥剤の代わりにしてみたよ
↓これはココア味のカステラだよ
ザラメの代わりにマーマレードジャムを塗ってみたんだ！
チョコとオレンジって合うよね。なんでだろ？
カステラは強力粉を使ってもっちり感を出してみたんだ！
はちみつをたっぷり使っているのもポイントだよ！
●カステラレシピ●
強力粉150グラム
きび砂糖50グラム
たまご5こ(黄身と白身にわけて泡立てるよ)
はちみつ50グラム
●アレンジ●
ココア大さじ１
160℃のオーブンで1時間焼いたよ
シンプルなプレーンも、たまごの風味たっぷりでおいしいよ！
